Dawah (Da wah) is an important responsibility for all Muslims. Today most of the Non-Muslims do not know what is Islam? There are many misconceptions about Islam and on matters like Jihad, Hijab, Terrorism etc. Although conversions to Islam are on on the rise, we still have lot to do for Invitation to Islam.

Dawah (Invitation to Islam) can sometimes feel like a challenge. It can be hard to begin a conversation and once started, it can be difficult to continue it.

Things to Remember:

  • The Daees (people who do dawah) are requested to use their own words when using the examples and points in the conversations and not just learn the dialoguesby heart.
  • The Daees can choose points and examples given in the different scenarios and use it in their conversations.
  • It is not necessary that Daees should use all the points given in a scenario in only one meeting / conversation.
  • The replies from non-Muslims may vary in real life conversations. Therefore, Daees are encouraged to increase their knowledge about Islam to be able to appropriately respond to replies and answer questions from non-Muslims.

General guidelines for Daees:

We must never forget when giving Dawah our only responsibility is to convey the message of Islam. We should always do this with the utmost respect for people and the faith they have. Almighty God tells us in more than one place inthe Quran the manner we should adopt while giving dawah.

Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided.

[16:125]

So by mercy from Allah, [O Muhammad], you were lenient with them. And if you had been rude [in speech] and harsh in heart, they would have disbanded from about you.

[3:159]

And speak to him with gentle speech that perhaps he may be reminded or fear [Allah].

[20:44]

These are words of Wisdom from our Creator which we must always bear in mind when giving Dawah.

We ask Allah that everyone benefits from these Dawah Samples insha Allah (God willing).

Disclaimer:

The points described in the key are very generic and are just samples of what can be communicated. It is the responsibility of the dayee (caller) to come up with better points depending on the circumstances one may encounter.

Who is God?

The concept of God is badly contaminated so much so, that people do not even know who God is. It is very important for a dayee (caller) to introduce the correct concept of God to the madhoo (called). While we do that, it is very important to make the madhoo (called) understand who God is. This can be done, by asking the madhoo (called), who is a mother? The obvious answer will be: One who gives birth to a child. Ask the madhoo (called): Is there a difference between the mother who gave birth to us and Mother Theresa? Although, we call Theresa as mother, it in no way suggests or gives her the same status of the mother who gave birth to us. Similarly, God is the one who created us and who sustains us. We may call anything and anyone as God, but they do not become God unless it is proved that they created us. In a nutshell, The ONE WHO CREATED US ALONE IS OUR GOD.

Can we exist without a creator?

Recite: “Or were they created by nothing, or were they the creators [of themselves]? Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain. Or have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]? Or have they a stairway [into the heaven] upon which they listen? Then let their listener produce a clear authority.” Chapter 52: Verses 35-38

Questions Allah asks the atheists:

  1. Did you come from nothing? The answer will have to be No.
  2. Did you create yourself? The answer will have to be No.
  3. Did you create the heavens and the earth? The answer will have to be No.
  4. Allah gives a challenge for whatever answer the atheist gives. The challenge is: “Then let their listener produce a clear authority.

The answer for the first two questions mostly will be Evolution. Evolutionists say that the apes got transformed into humans and this process took several million years. If we agree with this for the sake of argument, then the change should have been gradual and slow. So the ape would have evolved into something between an ape and a human. For example: The cranial capacity (volume of head) of a chimpanzee (ape) is 370 CC and the cranial capacity of a human being is 1000 CC. For the ape to have evolved to a human being, the cranial capacity should have increased from 370 to 1400 CC gradually.  We should see species with cranial capacities of 500CC, 600CC, 700CC, 800CC, 900CC etc. The question to the evolutionists is: do they have any evidence of the existence of these transitional beings? The answer is NO. So how do they conclude that apes evolved into humans?

The best way to refute evolution is to make the person think about the creation of the heavens and the earth as Allah says “The creation of the heavens and earth is greater than the creation of mankind, but most of the people do not know.” Chapter 40: Verse 57. How did the universe come into existence? Can anything come by (or create) itself?

Argument of design:

Plato said that Design indicates the designer. Same argument is given in the Quran:

Then do they not look at the camels – how they are created? And at the sky – how it is raised? And at the mountains – how they are erected? And at the earth – how it is spread out? (Quran 88:17-20)

How would you establish that there is a design in the universe? – Eclipses are calculated well in advance. This would be possible ONLY if the universe has an excellent design and a set pattern.

Can this design come about by itself? For example, throwing the paint on the wall will create some design like a hand or a bird BUT can never create Mona Lisa. Another example can be: Will 100 monkeys create a Sonnet of Shakespeare if they are given a typewriter and asked to type something? Even if the monkeys type for 100 centuries, nothing would come out. So this universe with an immaculate and flawless design should have a designer. We call the designer God.

Need for sixth sense:

Evolutionists say that “Necessity brought about the change or mutation”. Throughout the ages, there was NEVER a need for “Sixth Sense”. All the animals live a successful life without the “Sixth Sense”. So how did the “Sixth Sense” develop and what was the need for “Sixth Sense”?

Can we have more than ONE God?

Recite:  “Had there been within the heavens and earth gods besides Allah, they both would have been ruined. So exalted is Allah, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.” Chapter 21: Verse 22

Let us say, we have one God for creation, one God for sustenance, one God for destruction. The God of destruction decides to destroy a person. The person starts praying to the God of sustenance with utmost sincerity to save him and God of sustenance decides to answer the prayer. What will this lead to? Two Gods are trying to do two exactly opposite actions. This will lead to a battle between the God of sustenance and God of destruction. Ultimately, only one God can win the battle. No matter who wins the battle, one God will lose the battle. Can a loser be God?

Another example: Let us say 3 people go for an interview. There is just a single vacancy for the job. Each of the three persons worships their own God with sincerity and beseeches them for the job. If we assume that there is more than one God, then each God would want to grant the job to the person who worshipped it. We have just ONE vacancy and we have three people expecting the job and we have three Gods trying to give the job to their own worshipper. What will happen? Will anyone ever get a job? A trivial thing like this will trigger a fight amongst Gods. Imagine, there are billions of things happening in this world and they all require the approval of God. What will happen if there is more than one God? Rational conclusion will be that, there cannot be more than one God.

Characteristics of the God

It is very important to understand the characteristics of God. Recite 112: Verses 1-4. God should be free of any wants. If God requires something, then there should be someone who fulfills that want. The one who fulfills God’s want becomes greater than God. For example: If God has a wife, God will expect his wife to fulfill his desire. This would mean that, God cannot satisfy himself and requires his wife to satisfy him. How can a person who cannot satisfy himself and is dependent on someone be a God? If God has no wife, then he cannot have any children. If God has parents, then it would mean that he did not exist before he was born. This would mean that God did not exist at one point and this is irrational as it goes against the definition of God. So God cannot have parents. God should be unique in all His attributes and only then He can be independent and supreme. Other attributes of God are: God does not get tired, God does not need rest, God does not forget, God does not make mistakes, God does not require to be fed etc. See 50:38, 2:255, 20:52, 6:14

Does our existence in this world have a purpose?

Let us look at things around us. Do we find something around us, which has no purpose? Let us look at the organs of our body. Do we find anything without a purpose? If no, then don’t you think that our existence in this world should have a purpose? It would become irrational to say that everything has a purpose and I myself do not have a purpose.

Who can tell us the true purpose?

Let us take an example of a pen. What is the true purpose of a pen? The true purpose of a pen is to write. Who decided the purpose of the pen? The answer is: the person who first manufactured it. Although, a user may use the pen to serve the purpose of scratching his back, we would never conclude that the pen was invented or manufactured for scratching the backs. It is the inventor or the manufacturer who decides the true purpose. Similarly, we as human beings may come out with our own reasons and points for our existence in this world, but this in no way will become the TRUE purpose of our existence. We can get to know the true purpose of our existence ONLY from our creator, God almighty. Recite: “And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship me.” Chapter 51: Verse 56 and “[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed” Chapter 67: Verse 2

When God says that He created us ONLY to worship Him, it does not mean saying prayers. The word worship means complete submission and obedience to the commands of God.

Introduction to Islam

Islam is NOT a new religion founded by Prophet Mohammed (peace be on him). Islam means submission and obedience to the creator who created us. A person who submits and obeys to the creator does Islam. One who does Islam is a Muslim, like a person who drives is a driver and a person who sings is a singer. A person who submits and obeys to the creator is a Muslim. A person does NOT become a Muslim because of a name or because he was born in a particular geographic location or family. If a person irrespective of his name, skin color, social status etc submits and obeys the creator, he is called as a Muslim in Arabic. If you submit and obey your creator, you are called a Muslim.

Note: Allah is NOT a name of Muslim God as people commonly believe. Allah is an Arabic word that means “The one who is worthy of worship”. In simple terms, the Arabic word Allah means “The God”. Even the Arabic bible uses the word Allah when it refers to God. In Hindhi we say Ishwar, in Kannada we say Devaru, in Arabic we say Allah.

There are three stages in our spiritual journey. They are: A) Recognition of God B) Acknowledgement of God and C) Submission and Obedience to God.

Recognition of God:

  1. Recognizing that God created us for a purpose.
  2. Recognizing God with attributes and characteristics that befit Him.
  3. Recognizing the relationship between you and God.

Acknowledgement:

Acknowledgement of what you have recognized.

Submission and Obedience to God:

For one to submit and obey God, he must know what God expects of him. God did not create us and leave us without guidance; rather He chose best men amongst us and made them His messengers. These messengers were only human and they did not have any divine quality. They were the role models for human beings. Every nation in this world was sent a messenger. Some examples of the messengers are: Noah, Abraham, David, Solomon, Moses, Jesus (peace be on them all) etc. The last and final messenger sent by God is Prophet Mohammed (peace be on him). All the previous messengers of God were sent ONLY for those people and for a particular time period. Since Prophet Mohammed (peace be on him) is the last and final messenger of God, he was sent for the whole of humanity and till the end of times.

The message of all the prophets of God was the same. All the prophets of God taught people to worship the God who created them (complete submission and obedience to God). Recite:  “And We sent not before you any messenger except that We revealed to him that, “There is no deity except Me, so worship Me.” Chapter 21:  Verse 25

Prophet Mohammed (peace be on him) did not bring a new message. He too revived the same message brought by the previous prophets sent by God. Recite: “Nothing is said to you, [O Mohْammad], except what was already said to the messengers before you.” Chapter 41: Verse 43

Say, “I am only a man like you, to whom has been revealed that your god is one God. So whoever would hope for the meeting with his Lord – let him do righteous work and not associate in the worship of his Lord anyone.” Chapter 18: Verse 110

The messengers of God were given divine revelations (Instruction Manuals). Moses (peace be on him) was given Torah (peace be on him), David (peace be on him) was given Psalms, Jesus (peace be on him) was given Injeel and Mohammed (peace be on him) is given the Quran.

What did God teach through His messengers?

  1. Submit, Obey and Worship ONLY the creator who created you. (Worship the creator and NOT the creations).
  2. Do not elevate anyone or anything to the status of God in submission, obedience and worship.
  3. God does NOT forgive people who associate partners with Him in submission, obedience and worship. Recite: “Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has certainly fabricated a tremendous sin.” Chapter 4: Verse 48

What will I get if I submit to my creator? What will happen if I do not?

Ownership will always have accountability. I am accountable to my boss for the work I do. Everyone in this world, irrespective of their position is accountable to someone or the other. This is a basic fact of life. Similarly, our creator who is the REAL, SUPREME and ULTIMATE BOSS will surely hold us accountable for what we do in this world.

The world will come to an end one day. All the human beings, right from the first man to the last will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment and will be questioned for their deeds. People who have lived a life according to what God has commanded to them will receive a reward and people who had disobeyed God will be punished.

Recite: “Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion.” Chapter 3: Verse 185

Is resurrection possible after we die?

Recite: “And he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. He says, “Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated? Say, He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing.” Chapter 36: Verses 78 and 79

The reward and punishment that people receive on the Day of Judgment will be eternal and there will be no end to it.

Recite: “Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer – We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do.” Chapter 16: Verse 97

Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds – they will have the Gardens of Paradise as a lodging, Wherein they abide eternally. They will not desire from it any transfer.” Chapter 18: Verse 107 and 108.

Say, [O Mohْammad], “Shall we inform you of the greatest losers as to [their] deeds? [They are] those whose effort is lost in worldly life, while they think that they are doing well in work. Those are the ones who disbelieve in the verses of their Lord and in [their] meeting Him, so their deeds have become worthless; and We will not assign to them on the Day of Resurrection any importance. That is their recompense – Hell – for what they denied and [because] they took My signs and My messengers in ridicule.” Chapter 18: Verses 103 – 106

Description of Heaven:

And you will have therein whatever your souls desire, and you will have therein whatever you request [or wish]. Chapter 41: Verse 31

And no soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for eyes as reward for what they used to do. Chapter 32: Verse 17

Description of Hell:

Indeed, those who disbelieve in Our verses – We will drive them into a Fire. Every time their skins are roasted through We will replace them with other skins so they may taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted in Might and Wise. Chapter 4: Verse 56

Indeed, the tree of zaqqum, Is food for the sinful, Like murky oil, it boils within bellies, Like the boiling of scalding water. [It will be commanded], “Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire, Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water. [It will be said], “Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble! Chapter 44: Verse 43-49

Way of life accepted by God:

Islam (Submission to the creator) is the ONLY way of life accepted by God. Recite: “Indeed, the religion accepted in the sight of Allah is Islam.” Chapter 3: Verse 19

“And whoever desires other than Islam as religion – never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers.” Chapter 3: Verse 85

“Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelieversnever would the [whole] capacity of the earth in gold be accepted from one of them if he would [seek to] ransom himself with it. For those there will be a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers.” Chapter 3: Verse 91

What is the proof for whatever I have said?

The proof is the Quran, which was a revelation from God to the last and final messenger of God, Mohammed (peace be on him).

About the Quran

  1. Quran contains ONLY the word of God. We do not find the words of Mohammed (peace be on him) in the Quran.
  2. Quran was revealed from God as recitation over a period of 23 years. Quran was NOT written by Mohammed (peace be on him). Mohammed (peace be on him) recited the verses revealed to him by God and the companions wrote the verses and memorized them.
  3. Quran is the ONLY scripture (for that matter any book) that has been memorized cover to cover by millions of people in its original language throughout the last 14 centuries. Today, we have close to 9 million people who have memorized the Quran completely and the majority of them are non-Arabs.
  4. Quran is maintained in its pure form without a single change. Recite: “Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur’an and indeed, We will be its guardian.” Chapter 15 : Verse 9
  5. Thus, the Quran has been preserved in both the oral as well as written form in a way no other religious book in history has.
  6. Why did Allah preserve the Quran and allow His earlier books of divine revelation to be changed or lost?
The answer to that question lies in the following facts:
The earlier prophets and their books were sent to a particular people in particular periods of history. Once the period ended, a new prophet was sent with a new book to replace the previous book. So, it was not necessary that these books be preserved by Allah. The preservation of the earlier books was left up to the people as a test for them. Thus, when the people went astray, they changed what was written in the books which their prophets brought in order to make allowable the things which were forbidden to them. In that way, all of the earlier books of revelation became either changed or lost. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was the last prophet whom Allah sent, and he was NOT sent to a particular people or a particular time. He was sent to all of mankind until the end of the world. Allah said in the Quran, “I have only sent you (Muhammad) as a giver of glad tidings and a Warner to all mankind, but most men do not understand.” Chapter 34: Verse 28

Thus, his book of revelation, the Quran, had to be specially preserved from any form of change or loss so that it would be available to all the generations of man until the last day of the world.

Proof that Quran is word of God

Quran is the ONLY scripture on the face of the earth that challenges the readers to find mistakes in it. Recite “Then do they not reflect upon the Qur’an? If it had been from [any] other than Allah, they would have found within it much contradiction.” Chapter 4: Verse 82

Amazingly, Quran although revealed 1400 years ago to Mohammed (peace be on him) does NOT contain any self-contradiction as well as contradiction with time. We must realize that Quran speaks about a variety of disciplines in science like: Astronomy, Zoology, Embryology, Geology, Sociology, Dermatology, Hydrology, Psychology, Law etc and yet there is no contradiction with time. How could an illiterate man who lived 1400 years talk about these disciplines with such accuracy and flawlessness? One example of the remarkable accuracy:

Recite: “And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay. Then We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging. Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah , the best of creators. Then indeed, after that you are to die. Then indeed you, on the Day of Resurrection, will be resurrected.” Chapter 23: Verses 12-16

The Arabic word “alaqah” used in the verse above has three meanings in Arabic: 1) A thing that clings; 2) A blood clot; and 3) A leech like thing. All three accurately describe the first stage of the developing embryo. After the fertilisation of the egg, a blastocyst develops, which has on its exterior villocites which literally “cling” to the wall of the uterus. It then goes on to resemble a leech both in appearance and behavior. (Both leech and embryo extracts blood from host.) It also goes on to resemble a blood clot. The next stage, when it becomes “chewed-like”, is also accurate. It is also true that the bones precede the development of muscle and flesh. The Prophetic traditions state: “When forty -two nights have passed over the conceptus, Allah sends an Angel to it, who shapes it, makes its ears, eyes, skin, flesh and bones. Then he says O Lord! is it male or female? And your Lord decides what He wishes and then the angel records it.” This accurate information gives the correct time for the recognizable growth of the features described, and the sex of the fetus can not be definitely determined until just after forty-two days. This was not known until the invention of powerful microscopes only decades ago. I have mentioned this subject only briefly, and quoted a few of the verses and hadith concerning this topic.

Keith Moore, Professor and Chairman, Department of Anatomy, University of Toronto, Canada, and author of The Developing Human, is considered one of the leading embryologists, said concerning these statements in the Quran and authenticated hadith: “Until the 19th Century, nothing was known about classifying the stages of human development. A system of staging human embryos was developed around the end of the 19th Century based on alphabetical symbols. During the 20th century, numerals were used to describe 23 stages of embryonic development. This system of numbering the stages is not easy to follow and a better system would be based on the morphological changes. In recent years, the study of the Quran has revealed another basis for the classification of the stages of the developing embryo which is based on easily understood actions and changes in shape. It utilizes terms which were sent from God to Muhammed the Prophet by the Angel Gabriel and recorded on the Quran… It is clear to me that these statements must have come to Muhammad from God because almost all of this knowledge was not discovered until many centuries later. This proves to me that Muhammed must have been a Messenger of God.”

Marshall Jonson, Professor and Chairman, Department of Anatomy, Director of the Daniel Baugh Institute, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, U.S.A., said: “As a scientist I can only deal with things I can specifically see. I can understand embryology and developmental biology; I can understand the words that are translated to me from the Quran. If I were to transpose myself into that era, knowing what I do today and describing things, I could not describe the things that were described. I see no evidence to refute the concept that this individual Muhammed had to be developing this information from some place, so I see nothing in conflict with the concept that Divine Intervention was involved on what he was able to say.”

How could a man who lived 1400 years describe the growth of embryo which was discovered recently with such pristine accuracy?

Development of honey:

And your Lord inspired to the bee, “Take for yourself among the mountains, houses, and among the trees and [in] that which they construct. Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord laid down [for you].” There emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought. Chapter 16:68-69

How could a man who lived 1400 years describe the development of honey which was discovered in the last century?

Other challenges from the Quran:

Recite: “And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down upon Our Servant [Mohْammad], then produce a chapter the like thereof and call upon your witnesses other than Allah, if you should be truthful.” Chapter 2: Verse 23

Or do they say [about the Prophet], “He invented it?” Say, “Then bring forth a chapter like it and call upon [for assistance] whomever you can besides Allah, if you should be truthful.” Chapter 10: Verse 38

“Or do they say, “He invented it”? Say, “Then bring ten chapters like it that have been invented and call upon [for assistance] whomever you can besides Allah, if you should be truthful.” Chapter 11: Verse 13

Say, “If mankind and the jinn gathered in order to produce the like of this Qur’an, they could not produce the like of it, even if they were to each other assistants.” Chapter 17:88

Conclusion

Recite: “Say, “O mankind, the truth has come to you from your Lord, so whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] his soul, and whoever goes astray only goes astray [in violation] against it. And I am not over you a manager.” Chapter 10: Verse 108

“And say, “The truth is from your Lord, so whoever wills – let him believe; and whoever wills – let him disbelieve.” Indeed, We have prepared for the wrongdoers a fire whose walls will surround them. And if they call for relief, they will be relieved with water like murky oil, which scalds [their] faces. Wretched is the drink, and evil is the resting place.” Chapter 18: Verse 29

1. METHODOLOGY OF DAWAH TO CHRISTIANS

“And dispute ye not with the People of the Book, except with means better (than mere disputation), unless it be with those of them who inflict wrong (and injury): but say, “We believe in the revelation which has come down to us and in that which came down to you; Our Allah and your Allah is one; and it is to Him we bow (in Islam).”  Quran 29:46

Comment: Dawah to Christians should be in a good manner and NOT just pointing out mistakes in the bible.

Heart Softener:

“…nearest among them in love to the believers wilt thou find those who say, “We are Christians”: because amongst these are men devoted to learning and men who have renounced the world, and they are not arrogant.” Quran 5:82

Comment: Christians and Muslims have many things in common, namely we both believe in Prophets, Revelations, Angels, Day of Judgment, Heaven and Hell etc. Read this verse to the Christians, Insha Allah it will soften their hearts.

2. INTRODUCTION TO ISLAM

Islam is not a new religion founded by Prophet Mohammed (peace be on him). Islam is the same way of life practiced and preached by all the Prophets of God right from Adam, Noah, Abraham, David, Solomon, Job, Moses, Jesus (peace be on them all). The last and final Prophet of God who came to preach this way of life called Islam is Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him).

He has ordained for you of the same religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We have revealed to you, [O Mohْammad], and what We enjoined upon Abraham and Moses and Jesus – to establish the religion and not be divided therein. Difficult for those who associate others with Allah is that to which you invite them. Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him]. Quran 42:13

What does Islam mean? Islam is an Arabic word that means “Surrender, Submission and complete obedience” to the creator, the God Almighty. In short, Islam is submitting you to God and doing the will of God, our creator.

Who is a Muslim? Muslim is an Arabic word used for a person who does Islam. Muslim is a person who does Islam like a driver is a person who does driving and a singer is a person who does singing. If you submit to the will of God, then you are called as a Muslim in Arabic.

Similarly, Allah is NOT a Muslim God as people think it to be, rather it Allah is an Arabic word that means “The one who is worthy of rightful worship”. Even the Arabic Bible uses the word “Allah” when it refers to God.

3. JESUS AND MARY IN ISLAM

What do Muslims believe about Jesus and Mary?

Islam is the ONLY non-Christian faith on the face of the earth which makes it an article of faith to believe in Jesus (peace be on him). No Muslim is a Muslim if he does not believe in Jesus (peace be on him). In the same vein, Islam honors and venerates Mary (May Allah be pleased with her). We even have a chapter in the name of Mary (Chapter 19). It is important to note that Quran does NOT mention anything about the mother of Prophet Mohammed (peace be on him).

We believe that Jesus is:

    1. A Christ translated Messiah in Hebrew.
    1. A Mighty messenger of God who was born of Virgin Birth.
    1. A Mighty messenger of God who was sent to the Children of Israel.
    1. A Mighty messenger of God who performed miracles like giving life to the dead, curing born blind and lepers with God’s permission.
    1. A mighty messenger of God who will return to the earth before the Day of Judgment.

Read Quran 3:42-62. And 19:16-39

We believe that Mary is:

  1. A lady who was chosen above all the women in the world 3:42-45
  1. A lady who was directly fed by God when she was young 3:37
  1. A righteous and a God fearing woman 5:75

If Mohammed (peace be on him) was the author of the Quran, why would he mention with high esteem about Mary (May Allah be pleased with her) and NOT mention about his own mother?

4. TRINITY

Trinity is explained by Christians as follows.

  1. The Trinity – God is three persons. Each person is divine. There is only one God.
  1. God is a trinity of persons consisting of one substance and one essence. God is numerically one. Yet, within the single divine essence are three individual subsistence that we call persons.
  1. Each of the three persons is completely divine in nature though each is not the totality of the Godhead.
  1. Each of the three persons is not the other two persons.
  1. Each of the three persons is related to the other two, but is distinct from them.
  1. The three persons in the trinity are: Father, Son and the Holy Spirit

Islamic View of Trinity:

Christians need to be told that we Muslims believe in “Father” (Allah), “Son” (Jesus) and “Holy Spirit” (Gibril (as)). We do not deny the existence of any of the three. What Islam stresses is the fact that these three are NOT ONE which the concept of trinity puts forth.

“And do not say, “Trinity”; desist – it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs.” Chapter 4: Verse 171

“They do blaspheme who say: Allah is one of three in a Trinity: for there is no god except One Allah. If they desist not from their word (of blasphemy), verily a grievous penalty will befall the blasphemers among them.” Quran 5:73

Inference: The concept of trinity is impossible as it will make more than ONE God. This can be easily shown from the bible. An example:

According to the concept of trinity, Father is also God, Son is also God.

So, FATHER = SON.

God is supposed to be all knowing.

So KNOWLEDGE OF FATHER = KNOWLEDGE OF SON.

Let us see if this criterion is met.

If we read Mark 13:32, it says “No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.”

Conclusion: The above verse clearly shows that the knowledge of the son is NOT equal to the knowledge of the father. How can a person who does NOT know something be God?

Did Jesus teach the concept of trinity?

Concept of God taught by Jesus:  “And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?  And Jesus answered him, the first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord” Mark 12:29

Comment: Had there been something called as trinity, the above situation would have been the best time to preach it, but on the contrary, Jesus taught God is ONE, repeating the same words spoken by Moses in Deuteronomy 6:4

Quran testifies to the teaching of Jesus in 5:72 which says “and the Messiah said: O Children of Israel! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.”

Does the Old Testament teach the concept of trinity? If yes, where?

If the concept of trinity was NOT taught by Jesus and Old Testament, where did we get this from?

5. DIVINITY OF JESUS (THE BELIEF THAT JESUS IS GOD)

What does Quran say about Divinity of Christ?

Christ the son of Mary was no more than a messenger; many were the messengers that passed away before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They had both to eat their (daily) food. See how Allah doth make His signs clear to them; yet see in what ways they are deluded away from the truth!”  5:75

“And behold! Allah will say: “O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah’?” He will say: “Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, Thou I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden.

Never said I to them aught except what Thou didst command me to say, to wit, ‘worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord’; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up Thou wast the Watcher over them, and Thou art a witness to all things.” 5:116 – 117

Did Jesus claim to be God?

The answer is a clear NO.

There is NOT a single unambiguous and explicit verse in the bible, where Jesus himself says “I am God or worship me”. God had always given the message that he is God in a very clear and explicit way. For Example: Exodus 20:2 and 3 which says “I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shall have no other gods before me.” Had Jesus been God, he would have clearly told the people in clear and unambiguous words that he is God and NOT leave people to interpret a few verses to conclude he is God. Let us see what Jesus said about himself in the bible.

John 14:28 says “for my Father is greater than I.”

John 10:29 says “Father is greater than all”

John 5:30 says “I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.”

John 20:17 says “Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.”

Comment: The above verse clearly shows Jesus called “Father” his God.

These are the words of Jesus and it is very clear that he never claimed equality with God.

If Jesus is God, his knowledge should be equal with God, the Father. Let us see if the knowledge of Jesus was equal to that of Father.

Mark 13:32 says “But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.”

Comment: The above verse clearly says that Jesus did NOT have the knowledge of the “hour”, the Day of Judgment. This shows that Jesus was NOT all knowing, which is a quality of God. Jesus and Father are NOT equal in knowledge and hence NOT equal at all.

Verses used by Christians to support Divinity of Christ:

1.        John 10:30: “I and my Father are one”

Comment: Read the context of the verse. For the context, go to Verse 23 of the same chapter. If you read Verse 28 and 29, it says “neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand” and “no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand” and verse 30 says they are ONE. We can clearly understand the Oneness is the Oneness of Purpose and NOT of essence.

If you still say One is ONE in Essence, then let us read: John 17:21: “That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us:”. The same “one” is used here and we should believe that there are 14 Gods, namely Father, Son and 12 apostles.

    1.     John 14:6: “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Comment: This verse does not say that Jesus is God. Every Prophet of God was the way, the truth and the life. In his time, Moses was the way, the truth and the life and none could go to the father except through Moses. Similarly, during the time of Jesus, Jesus was the way to God.

    1.   John 14:9 “he that hath seen me hath seen the Father;”

Comment: Let us read the context. Philips wants to see God and this is the reply given to Philips.

We need to understand the beauty of language. If we read Quran 4:80, “He who obeys the Messenger, obeys Allah”. This does not mean, the messenger is Allah. Same way, Jesus uttered those words trying to say, his presence and miracles are a proof sent by God and hence if he wants to see God, he has to see Jesus (his miracles).

If they still say that the verse has to be understood directly that, Jesus is God, then we will have to read the other verse where Jesus says “And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.” John 5:37

The above verse clearly says that God’s voice cannot be heard and his form cannot be seen. People heard the voice of Jesus and saw his form, hence Jesus cannot be God.

    1. John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

Comment: These words were NOT uttered by Jesus. The greek word for God used in ‘Word was with God ‘is HOTHEOS meaning “The God”. The greek work used in ‘Word was God’ is TONTHEOS meaning “a god” which is a GODLY person. The translators have deliberately translated the verse incorrectly to suit their agenda.

New Word Translation of the bible have translated it correctly as “In [the] beginning the Word was, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god.”

  1. Jesus rose dead to life and this is an act done ONLY by God.

Comment: Jesus admitted that the miracles he performed were not by his own power. Read the verses below.

All power is GIVEN unto me in heaven – Mathew 28:18

I cast out devils BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD – Mathew 12:28

I with the finger of God cast out devils – Luke 11:20

Brought the dead to life: So did others: I Kings 17:22; II Kings 13:21; Ezekiel 37:1-14(OT)

  1. Mark 2:10 “But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins” so Jesus forgave sins and this is the act of God.

Comment: This same authority to forgive sins is apparently granted to his disciples. John 20:23 says “If you forgive anyone his sins, they are forgiven”. Going by the same standards, the disciples should also be called God.

  1. Jesus is God because he was worshipped. John 9:38 “Then the man said, “Lord, I believe,” and he worshiped him

Comment: Even other Prophets like Daniel were also worshipped. Daniel 2:46 says “Then the king Nebuchadnezzar fell upon his face, and worshipped Daniel”. So can Daniel be called God?

  1. John 8:58 “Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.” Jesus said he was before Abraham and he used the same word “I am” which God uses (see Exodus 3:14)

Comment: ProphetJeremiah had a pre human existence. Jeremiah 1:5 says “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”  Jeremiah was appointed a Prophet even before he was born. Can Jeremiah be called God?

The word “I am” is used by Jesus which is the same word used by God in Old Testament. The same word “am” is used by a beggar in John 9:9 which says “Some said, This is he: others said, He is like him: but he said, I am he.”. Can the beggar be called God?

Paul says in 1Corinthians 15:10 “But by the grace of God I am what I am”. Here Paul uses the word “I am” twice the same way God used it in Exodus 3:14(Old Testament). Can Paul be called God, as he used the word “I am”??

  1. Jesus is called the begotten son of God in the bible.

Comment: Even David was called Begotten son in the bible. Psalms 2:7 says “I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.” Can David be called God?

Adam is called the son of God. Luke 3:38 says “Adam, which was the son of God” Can Adam be called God?

10. J) Jesus said “I am the Alpha and Omega”, hence he is God. Revelations 1:8, 21:6 and 22: 13

Comment: These words were NOT uttered by Jesus when he walked the earth and they are ONLY a vision seen by John in a dream. As far as the first two verses, namely 1:8 and 21:6, there is NO reference that Jesus spoke those words to John. Even if the last reference is attributed to Jesus, Jesus cannot be considered as God, as there is another super human character called Melchisedec who has no beginning and end as mentioned in Hebrews 7:3 “Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually” If we use the same criteria, Melchisedec should also be called as God.

6. ORIGINAL SIN

What does Quran say about Original Sin?

There is NO concept of original sin in the Quran.

Nor can a bearer of burdens bear another’s burdens if one heavily laden should call another to (bear) his load. Not the least portion of it can be carried (by the other). Even though he be nearly related. Thou canst but admonish such as fear their Lord unseen and establish regular Prayer. And whoever purifies himself does so for the benefit of his own soul; and the destination (of all) is to Allah.” Quran 35:18

Bible also speaks against concept of Original Sin: Ezekiel 18:20 and 21 says “The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.”

Also read Deuteronomy 24:16 which says “The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin”

Did Jesus teach the concept of Original Sin in the bible? If Yes, where?

Does the Old Testament teach the concept of Original Sin in the bible? If Yes, where?

Conclusion: Considering the fact that neither did Jesus nor did Old Testament teach the concept of original sin and when we have explicit verses from the Old Testament against the concept of Original Sin, it is not very difficult to conclude that the concept of Original Sin was a later invention.

7. MOHAMMED (PBUH) IN THE BIBLE

Quran 7:157 says“Those who follow the messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures),- in the law and the Gospel;-“

And also in 61:6 “And remember, Jesus, the son of Mary, said: “O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you, confirming the Law (which came) before me, and giving Glad Tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmad.”

In the Bible:

John 14:16:

“And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever.

Comment: Prophet Mohammed (peace be on him) is the LAST and FINAL messenger and hence the message brought by him will be for eternity.

John 15:26:

“But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me.”

Comment: Prophet Mohammed (peace be on him) spoke highly about Jesus and also accepted that Jesus was a messiah.

John 16:7:

“Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you”.

Comment: The comforter will come only after Jesus departs, which is the case of Mohammed (peace be on him).

“Ahmed” or “Muhammad” meaning “the one who praises” or “the praised one” is almost the translation of the Greek word Periclytos. In the Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26, and 16:7, the word ‘Comforter’ is used in the English translation for the Greek word Paracletos which means advocate or a kind friend rather than a comforter.

Some Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Spirit. They fail to realize that the prophecy clearly says that only if Jesus (pbuh) departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the time of Jesus (pbuh), in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when Jesus (pbuh) was being baptised, etc and moreover, Jesus ensured that the disciples received the Holy Spirit when he was on earth.

Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit”. John 20:21-22

Hence this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

John 16: 12-14:

“I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you unto all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me”.

Comment: Prophet Mohammed (peace be on him) fulfilled this prophecy. Read 53:3 and 4,” Nor does he say (aught) of (his own) Desire.  It is no less than inspiration sent down to him: “

Also, Jesus wanted to say many things and the spirit of truth will come and show things to come. If the spirit of truth is the Holy Spirit, which new thing did the Holy Spirit bring? On the other hand, Prophet Mohammed (peace be on him) brought many new laws and thus exactly fits the prophecy about the spirit of truth.

The Sprit of Truth, spoken about in this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

8. IS THE BIBLE WORD OF GOD?

Quran says in 5:14 and 15 “And from those who say, “We are Christians” We took their covenant; but they forgot a portion of that of which they were reminded. So We caused among them animosity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. And Allah is going to inform them about what they used to do. O People of the Scripture, there has come to you Our Messenger making clear to you much of what you used to conceal of the Scripture and overlooking much. There has come to you from Allah a light and a clear Book.

Quran says in 2:79 “So woe to those who write the “scripture” with their own hands, then say, “This is from Allah ,” in order to exchange it for a small price. Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn.”

Bible means “books”. The word “Bible” does not exist in the bible itself. Bible is divided into Old Testament, before the coming of Jesus to earth and New Testament, after the coming of Jesus to earth.

Two different Bibles:

Protestant Bible – Total Books = 66 (39 in OT and 27 in NT)

Catholic Bible – Total Books = 73 (46 in OT and 27 in NT)

Contradictions in the bible

The contradictions are too many to list here. I mention a few that are easy to remember.

A) Ezra 2 and Nehemiah 7. Comments: Between these two chapters alone, there are many contradictions in the figures given.

B) How old was Ahaziah when he began to rule over Jerusalem? 22 or 42 (2 Kings 8:26 or  2Chronicles 22:2)

C) God sent his prophet to threaten David with how many years of famine? 7 or 3 (2 Samuel 24:13 or I Chronicles 21:12)

D) How old was Jehoiachin when he became king of Jerusalem? 18 or 8 (2 Kings 24:8 or 2 Chronicles 36:9)

E) How long did he rule over Jerusalem? 3 months or 3 months and 10 days (2 Kings 24:8 or 2 Chronicles 36:9)

Prophecies in the bible

Christians boast about the fulfillment of prophecies in the bible, especially for crucifixion, they bring lot of prophecies from the OT to prove that Jesus was crucified. There are so many unfulfilled prophecies in the bible. I will list JUST ONE, since if ONE prophecy is NOT fulfilled, then the entire claim of prophecies does not stand.

Isaiah 7:14: “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.”

Comment: Jesus is not called Immanuel in any verse in the New Testament. Hence the prophecy is NOT fulfilled.

9.CRUCIFIXION

What does Quran say about Crucifixion?

“That they said (in boast), “We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah”;- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not: Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise;-“ Quran 4:157-158

Comment: If we closely observe the narration of the four gospels, about crucifixion, we can see lot of conflicting and contradictory information. If the incident was true, then there cannot be a contradiction in the narration of events. A few of the contradictions have been given below in the next section.

Was Jesus willing to be crucified?

Mathew 26:39 : And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

Comment:  Jesus prayed to God to save him from death.

Mathew 27:46 : And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Comment: If Jesus was willing to be crucified, why did he utter those words “why hast thou forsaken me”?If these words were uttered by Jesus, then it means that Jesus expected God to save him and Jesus did NOT like the decision made by God to have him crucified.

If this is the case, it cannot be a sacrifice, as sacrifice is something that is done willingly.

Did God accept the prayers of Jesus?

The answer is YES.

Hebrews 5:7 says “During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission.”

Comment:Jesus prayed to God to save him from death and according to the above verse, God accepted the prayer of Jesus and hence Jesus would have been saved from crucifixion.

Narration of Crucifixion in the bible

No Eyewitnesses for crucifixion!!

But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled. (Mathew 26:56)

And they all forsook him, and fled. (Mark 14:50)

Did Judas kiss Jesus?

Yes (Matthew 26:48-50)

No. Judas could not get close enough to Jesus to kiss him (John 18:3-12)

Did Jesus die before the curtain of the temple was torn?

Yes (Matthew 27:50-51; Mark 15:37-38)

No. After the curtain was torn, then Jesus crying with a loud voice, said, Father, into thy hands I commit my spirit! And having said this he breathed his last (Luke 23:45-46)

Where was Jesus at the sixth hour on the day of the crucifixion?

On the cross (Mark 15:33)

In Pilates court (John 19:14)

What was the exact wording on the cross?

This is Jesus the King of the Jews (Matthew 27:37)

The King of the Jews (Mark 15:26)

This is the King of the Jews (Luke 23:38)

Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews (John 19:19)

What were the last words of Jesus?

Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.” When he had said this, he breathed his last.(Luke 23:46)

When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.(John 19:30)

When did the women buy the spices?

After the Sabbath was past (Mark 16:1)

Before the Sabbath. The women prepared spices and ointments. Then, on the Sabbath they rested according to the commandment (Luke 23:55 to 24:1)

At what time of day did the women visit the tomb?

Toward the dawn (Matthew 28: 1)

When the sun had risen (Mark 16:2)

A large stone was placed at the entrance of the tomb. Where was the stone when the women arrived?

They saw that the stone was Rolled back (Mark 16:4) They found the stone rolled away from the tomb (Luke 24:2) They saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb (John 20:1)

As the women approached, an angel descended from heaven, rolled away the stone, and conversed with the women. Matthew made the women witness the spectacular rolling away of the stone (Matthew 28:1-6)

When did Mary Magdelene first meet the resurrected Jesus? And how did she react?

Mary and the other women met Jesus on their way back from their first and only visit to the tomb. They took hold of his feet and worshipped him (Matthew 28:9)

On her second visit to the tomb Mary met Jesus just outside the tomb. When she saw Jesus she did not recognize him. She mistook him for the gardener. She still thinks that Jesus body is laid to rest somewhere and she demands to know where. But when Jesus said her name she at once recognized him and called him Teacher. Jesus said to her, Do not hold me… (John 20:11 to 17)

Sign of Jonah:

“Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” Mathew 12:38-40

Comment: Did Jesus fulfill the sign of Jonah?

Let us see whether Jesus was THREE days and THREE nights in the tomb:-

EASTER WEEK IN THE SEPULCHER
DAYS NIGHTS
FRIDAY – placed in tomb just before sunset – One day – One night
SATURDAY – supposed to be in tomb One day One night
SUNDAY – missing before sunrise – nil – – nil –
TOTAL Two Days Two Nights

Is 2 days and 2 nights = 3 days and 3 nights?

The Prophesy saysas Jonah was, so shall the Son of man be”.

Jonah was alive before he was thrown into the sea. Jonah was alive when the whale swallowed him, Jonah was alive when he was in the belly of the whale praying and Jonah was alive when he was thrown out by the whale. So throughout, Jonah was “Alive, Alive, Alive and Alive”. Was Jesus alive throughout?

When Jesus was carrying the cross, he was alive. When Jesus was put on the cross, he was alive. When Jesus was brought down from the cross, Christians say he was dead. When Jesus was put in the tomb, Christians say he was dead. So it becomes, Alive, Alive, Dead and Dead.

Is Alive, Alive, Alive and Alive = Alive, Alive, Dead and Dead?

So Jesus did NOT fulfill the sign of Jonah.

10. ISLAM IS THE ONLY WAY OF LIFE ACCEPTED BY GOD

Say, “O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you – that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah.” But if they turn away, then say, “Bear witness that we are Muslims [submitting to Him].” Chapter 3: Verse 64

Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam. And those who were given the Scripture did not differ except after knowledge had come to them – out of jealous animosity between themselves. And whoever disbelieves in the verses of Allah, then indeed, Allah is swift in [taking] account. Chapter 3: Verse 19

And whoever desires other than Islam as religion – never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers. Chapter 3: Verse 85
